Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please note that orders containing personalized products, kits, private sales, or other items that need to be requested from suppliers cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email.

We offer two shipping methods, each with a different price:

Notes:

  • Free shipping is available for orders starting from €0 (Standard Shipping).
  • Delivery times are calculated from when the logistics company receives the package (excluding the time we take to prepare your order).
  • Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, air traffic control, or congestion, delivery times are estimated. Occasional delays may occur, which is normal.
  • All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. While we try to ship orders within 3–5 business days after receiving them, shipping times may vary depending on the time of year. During events like Black Friday, Christmas, the World Cup, European Cup, or other major events, delivery times may be longer. We recommend placing your order early. If you are ordering a gift for a specific date, please contact us in advance so we can advise you on estimated delivery times.

Delivery Guarantees:

  • For Fast Shipping (7–15 or 15–20 business days): If, due to our fault, your package does not arrive within 30 days during low season (February–June, October) or 60 days during high season (July–September, November–January), contact us and we will resend a new package free of charge.
  • For Standard Shipping (20–30 business days): If, due to our fault, your package does not arrive within 50 days during low season (February–June, October) or 60 days during high season (July–September, November–January), contact us and we will resend a new package free of charge.
  • If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to customer error (wrong address, incorrect phone number, not at home, etc.), you will be responsible for any reshipping costs or losses.

Common Issues with Standard Shipping

  1. After receiving the “Order Shipped” email, there is no tracking update.
    • The package has just been shipped; logistics updates may take 3–5 days. Please check again later.
  2. Tracking shows “Guangzhou City, handed to the carrier,” but no further updates.
    • Don’t worry. Due to limited flights, your package is waiting for its flight. It usually takes about 10 days. Please be patient.
  3. Tracking shows “Received by airline” or “Airline is sending,” but no updates.
    • Your package may have arrived in Spain (or destination country) and is awaiting customs clearance. Local tracking may not update in real time. Delivery may take about 15 days.
  4. Tracking shows “Arrived at local delivery office,” but you haven’t received the package after a week.
    • The package may be at your local post office. Please contact them as soon as possible to avoid automatic return.
  5. Tracking shows “Plane arrived,” but no further update.
    • The package is in your country and awaiting customs clearance. Local tracking may not be updated immediately. Delivery may take about 10 days.

Common Issues with Fast or Recommended Shipping

  1. “Fast Shipping 7–15 days” hasn’t arrived yet.
    • Shipping times are in business days. Please take this into account.
  2. Why isn’t tracking updated in China?
    • Don’t worry. Due to temporary flight reductions, your package is with the airline and waiting to be scheduled. It usually takes 3–5 days.
  3. Tracking shows “Signed by local logistics company,” but I haven’t received it.
    • The local logistics company has received the package and will deliver it to you within 2–3 days.
